Positioning and acquisition consulting

Too many priorities. No clear order.

When everything looks urgent, more marketing activity can mean more waste. Before producing another asset, identify the most consequential business constraint.

The problem

The visible symptom is not always the cause.

When everything looks urgent, more marketing activity can mean more waste. Before producing another asset, identify the most consequential business constraint.

More marketing activity does not repair an unclear offer or disconnected commercial process.

The direction

Make the business easier to understand, choose and operate.

I examine economic impact, constraints, customer value, positioning and the route to purchase before proposing new execution.

Describe your business, the problem and what you need to achieve. I personally review your situation before proposing a conversation.

Operational signals

Activity is not the same as progress.

The website could improve. The offer could be clearer. Enquiries are inconsistent, and communication does not reflect the value inside the company. When each adviser proposes another tool, what is missing is not ideas: it is a defensible priority.

Unfinished projects

Each new idea competes with work already started and absorbs more management attention.

Traffic without suitable customers

An ad campaign amplifies an offer or buying path that has not yet been clarified.

Constant revisions

Positioning and offers change because no decision has become an operational criterion.

Misallocated time

The true cost includes everything the business fails to achieve while every task is treated as urgent.

What the problem really means

The most visible problem may only be a symptom.

Few enquiries do not automatically mean more advertising is needed. They can result from an unclear offer, weak positioning, a commercial process that loses people or production capacity already at its limit.

A poor website can indeed cause friction. It can also simply expose a proposition that was never properly defined. The first decision is therefore where value is actually being lost.

What the problem really means

Determine the intervention before buying execution.

I examine what the company sells, the economic value of a customer, where the buying path stops, which constraints exist, what has already been decided and which uncertainty is blocking action.

The deliverable is not an endless improvement list. It is a hierarchy: what matters now, why it comes first and what must deliberately remain outside the scope.

Execution or strategy?

When execution is enough

Execution is enough when the objective, choice and brief are already valid. An internal team or operational partner can proceed without unnecessary consulting.

When strategy comes first

Strategy is needed when the real problem, the available options and the connections between areas remain unclear. Executing at that point would be guesswork.

Method

Five steps to build a clear direction.

01Diagnosis

Find where value escapes.

02Positioning

Clarify who should choose you and why.

03Offer

Make the proposal clear and defensible.

04System

Connect channels, people and sales.

05Acquisition

Validate demand and measure results.
