Privacy Policy
How personal data and website technologies are handled, and what rights users have.
1. Data controller
ISMAIL MOURABIT — Italian VAT number 04139050365. For privacy requests: isma@mourabitconsulting.com.
2. Personal data processed
The website may process technical browsing information, including IP address, device, browser, visited pages and access times. When you submit the project form, we collect your name, email, business or project, industry, optional website or professional profile, revenue range, available team, project description, main challenge, objectives for the next 6–12 months, previous attempts, timing and investment capacity. We also process information voluntarily supplied by email and data collected through cookies or analytics as described in the Cookie Policy.
Subject to marketing consent, session attribution details may include UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content; landing page; referring page; and Google Ads identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID and WBRAID. Please do not submit special-category or sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Website operation and security: technical information may be processed to operate the website, prevent abuse, protect infrastructure and maintain service security, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest.
Replying to enquiries: form and email information is used to assess projects, answer enquiries, manage possible commercial discussions and take requested pre-contractual steps, on the basis of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
Lead management: form enquiries are recorded in the website database, notified to the controller by email and synchronised with Airtable to organise leads and follow-ups, on the basis of legitimate interest in orderly commercial administration.
Legal, tax and administrative obligations: some information may be processed to comply with the law or protect the controller's rights, on the basis of legal obligation or legitimate interest.
Analytics, marketing and conversion measurement: subject to your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, interactions and successful form submissions through the generate_lead event. Google Consent Mode v2 communicates your analytics and advertising choices to Google; where Google Analytics is connected to Google Ads, conversion events may be used to evaluate campaign performance. Meta Pixel may measure PageView, ViewContent, Contact and Lead. With marketing consent, campaign attribution and ad click identifiers may be saved for the session. The legal basis is your consent.
4. How information is processed
Data is processed through digital tools and appropriate organisational measures, following principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimisation and security.
5. Recipients
Data may be handled by providers and tools required to operate the website and manage requests: hosting and technical infrastructure, the website database, the email provider, Airtable for lead management, and maintenance collaborators or technicians within the necessary scope.
Google Analytics 4 is used only with analytics consent; Google Ads and its consent signals only when the advertising account is connected and the necessary marketing and conversion consent is given; Meta Pixel is used only with marketing and conversion consent. Data is not sold to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some digital providers, including Airtable, Google and Meta, may process information outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers rely on the mechanisms provided by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other GDPR-recognised safeguards.
7. Retention
Form and email data, including any associated attribution details, may be retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a professional relationship begins or rights protection or legal duties require longer retention. Tax, administrative and contractual records are kept for the period prescribed by applicable law. Cookie, analytics and marketing data follow the periods stated in the Cookie Policy and the settings of the services in use.
8. Voluntary provision of data
Providing information through the form is voluntary, but required fields are necessary to send the request and assess the project meaningfully. The form cannot be submitted without those fields.
9. Data subject rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, write to isma@mourabitconsulting.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
10. Automated decision-making
The website does not use automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on visitors. Project assessments are conducted personally.
11. Updates
This notice may be updated as the website, tools or applicable legislation change. Last updated: 24 September 2026.
